解决https://start.spring.io/连接不上的问题

在使用Spring Initailizr创建springboot项目的时候，https://start.spring.io/无法连接，导致无法正常创建

解决方法：

1.翻一下

2.替换成阿里云的URL：https://start.aliyun.com
